Beijing University of Science and Technology scholars have studied the electroslag process in different current intensity and cooling intensity conditions, 8Cr13MoV knife and scissors in the martensitic stainless steel inclusions in the behavior and microstructure changes. The results show that the main inclusions in 8Cr13MoV steel are electroslag remelting, and the main inclusions are MnS, TiN, Al2O3 and Al2O3 as the core and (V, Ti) N as the external inclusions. The current intensity and cooling intensity , The number of inclusions and the area ratio of inclusions decrease with the increase of electroslag remelting current intensity, and the number of inclusions with smaller size increases with the increase of electroslag remelting current intensity. With the increase of electroslag remelting current intensity, The cooling rate of electroslag remelting increases, the number of inclusions is almost constant and the area ratio decreases, the number of inclusions with smaller size increases, and the inclusions are refined.
